Refunds, Cancellation and Subscriptions

Subscription

Your purchase is a subscription for a pre-paid subscription term (usually 3, 6 or 12 months, which is specified during the order process). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for the same period. You agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge your account at the end of each subscription period (the “Renewal Date”), unless you cancel your subscription before the Renewal Date. You will receive an email notice approximately 7 days prior to the Renewal Date. The notice will let you know that your current subscription term is about to end and the Renewal Date when your subscription will be renewed and your account charged. All notices regarding your subscription will be sent to your last email of record. To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, you must do so before the Renewal Date.

You may cancel automatic renewal of your subscription anytime by filling out the form below. Your request will be processed automatically without the need to contact support. At the same time, if you have questions or need help submitting a cancellation of subscription, you can always contact our support and your request will be processed very quickly (typically within 24 hours).

Also, our unconditional 30-day money back guarantee applies to renewals as well. If you don’t need the software any longer, but didn’t realize you had automatic renewal enabled, fill out the form below for a full refund within 30 days from the day of a renewal charge.

Refunds for Outbyte products can be requested anytime within 30 days of the original purchase of the product or of a license renewal, and we ask that with your refund request you include your first and last name, your email address used in the purchase process and your order number if you have it. Only orders made from the Outbyte store, including new orders and subscription renewals, may be refunded under this refund policy. Refunds for third party software need to be requested from the corresponding third-party vendors.
